A fire brick, firebrick, or refractory is a block of ceramic material used in lining furnaces, kilns, fireboxes, and fireplaces. A refractory brick is built primarily to withstand high temperatures, but will also usually have a low thermal conductivity for greater energy efficiency.
These products include all kinds of sagars, plates, and refractory bases. Today, these products are widely used in various industries as tools for industrial furnaces. The most important feature of these products, which has increased their consumption in other industries, is their properties. Their resistance to thermal shock is very high.
